Invite you to donate blood on Monday, November 17, 2008

Between the hours of 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The sign-up process will allow you to electronically register your appointment request to the coordinator who

will respond to you with a confirmation of availability based on the time(s) you request.  Each time block

has limited space available, so please select multiple times that you can accommodate.

Blood Donor information and instructions:

• Remember to eat a healthy meal and drink fluids at least four hours prior to donating.

• The entire process takes about one hour and includes a health check, giving blood and refreshments while relaxing in the canteen for about 10 minutes.

Most People Can Donate Blood

Those who are at least 18 years old and weigh

at least 110 pounds may donate blood every

56 days.  Those 16 and 17 may donate with a

signed Blood Center permission slip;

there is no upper age limit.
